RETURNS  AND MISSING ISSUES
  
In the event of damaged goods or if for any reason the product is not suitable we request that the purchaser notifies us within 7 days of receipt. In this event, or if you think your goods have gone missing, please contact us by telephone on 020 8752 8195 or email hello@metropolis.co.uk.
We will endeavour to replace, refund or provide a reasonable alternative in as short a timeframe as possible.

DAMAGED GOODS
We may require the recipient to return damaged goods or to provide proof of the damage. Please follow the returns procedure listed above.
